ONION BAJJIS

Onion bajji is a very popular deep fried snack. It is usually prepared with onions, potatoes,brinjals, chillies, bread etc. You do not need much ingredients to prepare this snack and the great thing is that it can be prepared very fast. Moreover we will always have besan and onions at home. Today we will learn how to make onion bajji following this easy recipe.

Tips:

*Heating the oil is very Important.To check if the oil is hot enough to fry the bajjis, add a drop of bajji batter into the oil, if it raises to the surface immediately, then the oil temperature is right for frying the bajjis.
*Adjust the consistency of batter.. Batter should not be too thin or too thick.
*You can skip chilli powder.

Beetroot can be grated instead of cutting into pieces but in the grated beetroot process water should be sprinkle.(5tbsp)

Ravva laddu

Rava  Ladoo  is one of the wonderful Indian dessert and it tastes absolutely delicious.Rava/sooji/semolina
Try this simple and exotic sweet recipe.
TIPS:
1)If you want to make it with less ghee you can add half of ghee and half of milk too.
2)While roasting the Rava, make sure you have the flames in sim, else there is a chance of the rava getting over roasted.
3)Its best to consume within 5 days of making them. If you store them in fridge, you can have them for a week.
4)The sweetness can be either more or less, as per your taste and choice. This recipe gives you a mildly sweet  rava laddu

Peanut i.e Palli Powder is quite simple and hope you love it .It goes well with Upma,Dal,Hot Rice accompanied with lots of ghee.The garlic used is raw!Its good for health.
TIPS:
1)store in an airtight container.

2)You can use sesame seeds instead of Peanuts.
