Tips to protect your skin in rainy season

Cleanse the skin

Cleanse your skin daily with a soap free cleanser and also make use of a gentle scrub once a day to get rid of dead cells.

Pollution of drinking water during monsoon is very common. It is very necessary to drink clean and pure water when water borne monsoon diseases like diarrhea and gastro intestinal infections threaten us. 

Avoid walking in dirty water and keep your shoes, socks and raincoats dry and clean.

Drinks loads of water. This is one of the best and the cheapest way to attain good, healthy and flawless skin, irrespective of the season. Try to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water everyday and you would definitely notice a drastic change within 2-3 months.

  • As far as possible use natural home remedies than chemical based products.
  • Use face packs depending on your skin condition.
  •  Regular Maintenance
  • For glowing blemish free skin, adhere to your skin treatments like facials, cleanups, skin polishing, peels, etc, as suggested by your dermatologist. In fact the monsoon season is a very good time to do peels and lasers, as post care is much less due to the absence of direct sun rays
