Vermicelli payasam/Kheer 

Vermicelli payasam/Kheer is one of the most simple and delicious Sweet Item.This Recipe is so simple and can be made within minutes,It is one Traditional Sweet prepared during Festivals.

Tips:

1)If the Consistency of the kheer becomes thick.you can later add milk to adjust it.

2)Add condensed milk to the kheer ,so usually reduce the quantity of sugar in the recipe.This makes the kheer more tastier,creamier and rich.

3)If the Vermicelli  is not roasted,can be roasted in ghee till it get light brown colour.But in this recipe i used roasted vermicelli .

4)All Dry fruits can be fried at a time on low flame.
